Our farm is situated in the
heart of arid Central Australia, where water must be drawn from a
sub-artesian supply. The estate comprises a total of nine hectares. Six
hectares are planted as a mango orchid and three hectares are planted as
a vineyard, and during summer melons are also grown. In the busy period
we employ up to fourteen staff to help with the harvest and processing of
the produce.
The Red Centre is opened daily, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public
Holidays. |
